Pebeo Studio Green Phosphorescent Gel is a luminous gel medium made using an eco-friendly formula and recycled product packaging. This medium creates a bright and intense, glowing phosphorescent effect.
For best results apply thickly, unmixed, and undiluted. Phosphorescent Gel works best against light backgrounds and appears strongest if the painted item is exposed to light, to allow the paint to absorb light fully.
