Cobra Water Mixable Oil Colours provide all the features of traditional oil colour, but without the need to use strong solvents.

They have a uniform drying time of 3-5 days and a uniform degree of gloss across all colours. Painting with Cobra paints is much like painting with traditional oils. The colour, as well as the brush stroke or applied texture, retains its full colour and brightness after the paint has dried. There’s no need for harsh solvents to clean your used brushes - just use soap and warm water to quickly remove the paint.

Painters using Cobra Water Mixable Oil Colours (or any other brand of water-mixable oils) might wish to try Cobra Watermixable Oil Mediums, which can be used to change the consistency, handling properties or appearance of Cobra colours without compromising their water-miscibility. Cobra can also be used with normal oils, oil mediums and solvents, but you will lose water-miscibility if you do this.
