Cobra Watermixable Oil Mediums can be used to change the consistency, handling properties or appearance of Cobra Water-Mixable Oil Colors without compromising their water-miscibility.
This medium is available in two sizes: 75ml and 250ml. It will reduce the drying time of Cobra Water-Mixable Oils, increase the flow and transparency, and make the paint fatter. It is made from vegetable oils and synthetic resins. Over time it may yellow slightly, and so should be used sparingly in those parts of your painting which are intended to remain as highlights.

I have tried to measure the drying time vs using a lot of water to thin paint. the water is still quicker and less shiny than the medium. but it does shorten drying time vs regular paint.
