Norma Blue Mediums are a selection of mediums designed for use with Schmincke Norma Blue Water-mixable Oil Paints. As with traditional oil mediums, they can be used to modify oil paints including accelerating or retarding the drying time, increasing gloss or glaze, and modifying the consistency and flow.
