White Toray is one of the finest quality synthetic fibres available for artists working with watercolours. It keeps an excellent point and edge for a soft, yet controlled application. Escoda cures each brush to improve the spring and resilience of the hair. The round brush combines three diameters and three different lengths, achieving a perfect tip. It has a capacity to retain a large amount of paint.

I used not to like synthetic brushes; but this series have good feel, point and spring; one minus point, though, is that the don't lift up running wet paint and well as sable or squirrel (Posté le 16/03/2017)

I've always hesitated about using synthetic for watercolour, preferring sables over the old nylon type things. But this is so different; I wish I'd discovered them before now. Because of it's point it has volume but delicacy when needed. (Posté le 16/03/2017)

Great brushes. They take some time to get used to but they hold a point perfectly and hold a lot of paint. Shame they easily stain, especially with staining watercolours so quickly become muddy coloured but this is a minor detail. Try them, you'll love them! (Posté le 16/03/2017)

Great brush . The only mildl negative was that the previous Escoda 1430 Round I ordered had a clear plastic protective sleeve for the brush point - but on this occasion none included. (Posté le 18/12/2015)

Very ,very good quality ! Now , i love more watercolour painting ! I bought 3 different size from this series and i'm very happy with it ! And Jackson shop ...I love it ! Quick delivery , everything packed very protective each item i ordered . By this i understood that the peoples behind the Jackson store they care and understand the value of each paper sheet and each customer , doesn't matter if you are beginer or a profesional one in arts .
