Rosa: Artist Materials from Ukraine Since 1996
Rosa are a Ukrainian manufacturer known for producing high quality art materials in collaboration with local and international artists.
Based in Novovolynsk, Western Ukraine, Rosa have grown from a small canvas-making business into a respected brand offering a popular range of art supplies.
Founded in 1996, Rosa began by producing hand-primed canvases and expanded their expertise over time to include a full range of art supplies. In 2002, Rosa canvases were exported to the United States for the first time, marking the start of their international presence.
In 2018, Rosa launched ROSA Gallery Watercolour Paint, a major step that showcased their commitment to artist-led development. Created with input from Ukrainian painters, these watercolours are made in-house and are available in a large range of carefully selected colours. They are offered in tubes as well as full and half pans, and are known for their bright, clean hues and excellent working properties.
With a strong focus on quality, local expertise, and innovation, Rosa continues to expand their product offering while supporting the artistic community in Ukraine and beyond.
