RETURNS

We hope that you‘re delighted with every purchase you make from us, but if for any reason you‘re not entirely satisfied, our experienced Customer Service Team are on hand to help you.


Returning Unwanted Items

If you wish to return an unwanted item, please ensure the item is returned in its original, saleable condition within 60 days of receipt of your order, and follow these steps:

-  Download and complete the Product Returns Form
-  Include the form in the parcel with the unwanted item(s)
-  Send the parcel to our Returns Team at the address below

Make sure the item arrives with us in its original saleable condition, and within 60 days from receipt of your order.

60-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

You may return unwanted items within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, saleable condition.

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Returns received between 31 and 60 days will be issued as store credit.

 

Shipping and Return Costs

While we will refund the cost of the product(s), you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Unlike some areas of e-commerce, such as fashion, we work on small margins to keep our prices low, and as a result, we don't build a returns price into our selling price, and we’re unable to refund the original courier delivery costs.

This applies to both refunds and store credit.

Refunds

Once we have received the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back, our Returns Team will issue a refund within 14 days.

If your return is made within 30 days of delivery, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method.

Returns received more than 30 days after delivery and up to 60 days will be issued as store credit.

Items Exempt from Return

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:

-  Gift Vouchers
-  Pressed metal leaf
-  Cut to order paper sheets
-  Cut to order canvas by the metre
-  Clearance items
-  Special Order items
-  Photosensitive items (e.g. photopolymer plates)
-  Bespoke (made to order)  frames, canvas, and panels

If such items are returned, they may be sent back to you.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be in a resalable condition. If the item has been used or damaged beyond its original state, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order contains faulty or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will help you.


Amending or Cancelling an Order

We’re unable to add items to orders after they’ve been placed. However, if you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address, or you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team before dispatch, and they will assist you.
