If you had Reward Points on the old website in £ GBP value, these have been migrated to the new website in $ AUD value. As a result you might have noticed that the number of points has doubled. This is because of the exchange rate, with a few extra points thrown in on us.

Every time you place an order with Jackson’s through your Jackson's Account, or write a Product Review, you’ll receive Reward Points.

For every $1 you spend with us you will receive 10 points. Therefore, 1000 points gives you $1 credit to use on your next order.

You’ll receive Double Reward Points when you purchase Jackson’s own brand products, and 25 Reward Points for each published Product Review.

Sign in to your Jackson's Account to see your balance.

To redeem your Reward Points, you’ll need to be signed in to your Jackson's Account. Then go to your Basket before proceeding to Checkout.

In the Basket page you will find the 'Reward Points' field, under the 'Basket Totals'.

Here you can enter the amount of points you would like to spend and then click ‘Apply Points’ before clicking on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

Please note, points can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you place your order through PayPal Guest Checkout and not through your Jackson’s Account, you won’t receive any points.
