The Naturale 24 Watercolour Set from A. Gallo is a unique colour palette featuring exquisite earth, mineral, and plant-based pigments sourced from the Mediterranean basin to the forests of Sumatra. Some highlights of the collection are the Copper Blue (PW4, PG7, PB15:3, PY3), a delicate green blue hue, the new Green Gold (PY150, PY184, PG36), inspired by historical sap green made from ripe buckthorn berries, a vibrant Italian Raw Sienna from Badia (PY43), and genuine Lapis Lazuli, extra fine. Jarosite (PY43) from Cyprus, is a limonite famous for its unique hue, and the new Rose Madder (NR9) genuine is a transparent red pigment made from the root of the Rubia tinctorum plant.

The Naturale 24 Set of 24 handmade watercolours in a metal tin includes two mixing surfaces and a colour chart printed on Arches watercolour paper. Each half pan is wrapped in watercolour paper with a hand painted sample brushed over it. The set includes a Tintoretto size 0 traditional mop brush and is beautifully packaged with original marbled paper by the Florentine artisan workshop Giulio Giannini e Figlio. The set comes in a gift box.

Made by hand in Assisi, A. Gallo watercolours are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigment, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil, and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a very pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.
