Art Spectrum’s range of Extra Soft Pastels are great for finishing touches and highlights as this often requires a very soft pastel that can be applied over the top of many layers of pastel. This applies to both Whites, which are useful for adding whitecaps to stormy seas, or colors such as Flinders Red Violet, which are useful for sunsets and dramatic skies.
