The Holbein Irodori Artist Gouache collection offers 48 traditional Japanese colors inspired by nature and the beauty of the four seasons in Japan. As with their classic Artists’ Gouache range, Holbein have produced a paint of exceptional quality.
Made from the finest pigments selected for high density saturation and lightfastness. Holbein adds no opaquing agents to their gouache colors.
The pigments used have been chosen for exceptional saturation and the ability to mix freely without loss of brilliance, opacity or hue value in combination with other colors. The colors will give consistent results without darkening or muddiness. They will not bleed or crack and offer absolute opacity when laid over one another.
