Belle Arti's flawlessly primed linen and cotton canvas ranges are made in such a way that they will prevent peeling, flaking, or cracking of paint that is applied. This means that the surface is stretchable yet stable, qualities which are very important when producing artwork on a larger scale.
This linen canvas has a medium weave and is oil primed to be used with oil paint but can also be used with egg tempera.
