Liquitex : Acrylic Additives

Liquitex Acrylic Additives allow the artist to adjust the working properties of their acrylic paint. Recommended for use with Liquitex colours but suitable for use with most brands.

Additives can be used to increase the flow, opacity, and thickness of your paint, and much more. While they do contain acrylic polymer for compatibility, they do not contain sufficient acrylic resin to act as a binder within the paint.
