Sakura Pigma Brush Pens produce a range of strokes with a flexible brush-tipped pen. Pigma Brush is comfortable to hold and responds to instant changes in pressure or direction.
Sakura invented and patented Pigma ink in 1982. This special formulation of pigment-based ink is more complex and stable than dye-based inks. Pigma ink has become the standard for what is defined as reliable, permanent, archival quality ink. The ink is chemically stable, waterproof and fade-resistant. It will not smear, feather, or bleed through most papers, and the thorough delivery system means that ink flows evenly to the sides and the tip of the brush head.
Great for fine art, calligraphy, and illustrations. These are popular pens for manga, anime, and cartoon drawing techniques.
