KUM AS2 Automatic Long Point Sharpener is a precision two-stage sharpener designed to create an exceptionally long, fine point on standard 8mm wood-cased pencils. The first sharpening hole removes the wooden casing without cutting the lead, while the second shapes the exposed graphite core to a precise point, providing greater control for detailed drawing and fine line work.
An automatic brake mechanism helps prevent unnecessary sharpening once each stage is complete, reducing pencil waste. High-carbon steel blades provide clean, reliable cutting, while the compact flip-top container collects shavings for convenient use in the studio or on the move. The sharpener accommodates standard round, hexagonal, and triangular pencils and includes two spare long-point blades.
