Arta : Alcohol Ink : 50ml : Cloud Grey

Arta Alcohol Inks are fast-drying alcohol-based inks. They are brightly coloured and produce vibrant effects on a variety of surfaces including paper, card and painting panels, as well as glass, metal, plastic, ceramic, stone, resin, clay, and more. You can also use Arta Alcohol Inks for calligraphy work, decorative techniques, graphic and airbrush applications, as well as wood and leather staining.

Arta Alcohol Inks are smudge-proof and water-resistant when dry. As they are dye-based, artwork should be protected from sources of light to protect against fading. Once colours dry they can be re-worked with Jackson's Blending Solution. This helps produce unique effects that can't be achieved with water-based mediums. Each colour has a metal ball in the bottle which mixes the colour when shaken.

For protecting works we recommend several coats of a UV varnish, such as Krylon Kamar Varnish. Allow at least 24 hours or more for best results. When cleaning brushes we recommend using isopropyl alcohol or a blending solution. Clean brushes before they have the chance to dry out.

Arta is a range of moderately priced, good quality colours and artist accessories that are suitable for beginners who require great value art materials.
