Hanco Etching Inks consist of a range of intense archival colours and blacks plus three universal metallic inks made from flaked metal pigments. These handmade etching inks are finely ground on hardened steel rollers to reveal the full strength of the pigments and print the finest details. They contain no driers and if required can be adjusted with Hanco’s range of bespoke ink modifiers.

Lightfastness for all inks labelled ‘archival’, measures between 6.5 and 8 BWS while for all other inks lightfastness measures between 5 and 6 BWS.
