Hanco : Printmaking Inks

Hanco printmaking inks are recognised as a leading global brand with a distinguished pedigree in manufacturing expertise. Taking their specialised knowledge and state of the art equipment, Hanco widened their range to incorporate etching and relief inks that sit alongside bespoke ink modifiers. In consultation with major research institutions and art schools Hanco have fine-tuned their inks to the highest performance they give today. Their ink formulations are entirely vegetable-based, giving the environmentally conscious printmaker the opportunity to minimize their impact on the environment while still producing high quality prints.

Lightfastness for all inks labelled archival measures between 6.5 and 8 BWS and for all other inks lightfastness measures between 5 and 6 BWS.

Hanco Printmaking Inks are a universal ink for all printmaking techniques. They are made from flaked metal pigments to ensure a depth of colour combined with reflectivity and they do contain driers.
