Handprinted : Block Printing onto Fabric Bundle

Shopping online can be frustrating and overwhelming if you're a beginner and not quite sure what you're looking for. The team of artists and teachers at Handprinted have curated a range of kits and bundles to introduce a specific technique with everything you need to get started.

'We want customers to be able to purchase a bundle or kit and be able to jump straight into making, for example the Linocut Bundle is made up of the products we use during our beginner linocut Fab Friday workshop. Available with water-based or oil-based ink to suit the printmakers preference. The kit is the bones of their practice which can then be added to through coloured inks or different papers.'

The products in each kit are considered and selected so that the printmaker starts their practice with good quality but affordable tools.

The Handprinted Block Printing onto Fabric Bundle has been designed to give you all you need to have a go printing with screen printing ink from lino onto fabric. This is made possible by the inclusion of a clever Essdee Roller manufactured for use with less tacky screen inks but giving better results than a sponge roller (note that this roller is not suitable for relief printing inks). The bundle includes a cotton tote bag as well as a metre of cotton poplin and is a great starting point if you already have your own cutting tools.
