The New Wave U.GO Plein Air Stretched Canvas Holder is designed to be used with the New Wave pochade box range (small, medium or large). It will hold substrates of up to 7/8 inch (22.2mm) including stretched canvas, painting panels, watercolour blocks and sketching pads.
The set comes with a top and bottom holder. The stainless steel is cut and angled at exact dimensions, providing a superior hold when painting on thicker substrates. In addition, the slight angle of the top and bottom holders prevents the holder from coming in contact with a wet painting. The canvas holder functions magnetically in conjunction with a New Wave pochade box.
- Large Pochade: Maximum recommended vertical height from lid base with holder is 14"
- Medium Pochade: Maximum recommended vertical height from lid base with holder is 13"
- Small Pochade: Maximum recommended vertical height from lid base with holder is 12"
Please note: The canvas holder will need to be removed from your pochade box before closing.
