Peg and Awl Palettes are inspired by the ivory palettes used by the ancient Egyptians. They are a perfect addition to the artists' studio or plein air toolkit.
Constructed from sustainable maple and vegetable tanned leather, these beautiful handcrafted palettes are a simple way to transport your favourite paints, whether you mix your own pigments or squeeze them from a tube.
Peg and Awl was founded by husband and wife team Margaux and Walter Kent. The Philadelphia-based makers take inspiration from the history and craftsmanship of found treasures, as well as the effect of the passage of time on abandoned objects.
