A. This case is designed for use with Jackson's Handmade Soft Pastels and can also be used with Unison Soft Pastels. Other brands of pastels like Sennelier, Schmincke or Rembrandt are too long to fit into the slots.

The advantage of the case is that it is very lightweight.
The disadvantage is that it is not suitable if you want to combine several pieces of different pastel sticks in one cell - they simply will fall out when you fold the box. (Posted on 7/5/2017)
