Turner Acryl Gouache Paint Japanesque Texture is formulated with fine powders to create a distinctive coarse, textured surface. This unique version of Turner Acryl Gouache is highly opaque and fast-drying, with a matt finish.

Like other paints in the Turner Acryl Gouache range, it can be thinned with water and used with regular acrylic mediums (such as Golden mediums). Once dry, the paint becomes water-resistant, allowing additional layers to be applied without colours bleeding into one another. Working time can also be extended using Turner Retarder.

These paints offer excellent adhesion and, when used over specially formulated Turner grounds, can be applied to a wide range of surfaces including rock, metal, glass, paper, canvas, and wood. The Japanesque Texture range is ideal for artists who want to combine the flat, matt qualities of gouache with a tactile, granular surface effect.
