Manetti Copper Leaf is made from copper leaf, offering the distinctive warm appearance of copper for decorative gilding and craft applications. Available in loose and transfer formats, it is suitable for gilding a wide variety of prepared surfaces, including furniture, picture frames, artwork, and decorative objects.

Manufactured in Italy, the copper leaf is thicker than genuine precious metal leaf, making it easier to handle and apply for both beginners and experienced gilders. Loose leaf is well suited to intricate and carved surfaces, while transfer leaf is attached to a backing sheet for greater control when gilding larger or flatter surfaces. Once applied, the leaf should be protected with a suitable sealant to help reduce tarnishing and extend the finish.
