We hope that you‘re delighted with every purchase you make from us, but if for any reason you‘re not entirely satisfied, our experienced Customer Service Team are on hand to help you.

Returning Unwanted Items

Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please follow these instructions:

-  Download and complete the Product Returns Form
-  Include the form in the parcel with the unwanted item(s)
-  Send the parcel to our Returns Team at the address below

Make sure the item arrives with us in its original saleable condition, and within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Please note, we’re unable to refund the original shipping or the return costs. Unlike some areas of ecommerce, such as fashion, we work on small margins to keep our prices low, and as a result, we don't build a returns price into our selling price, and we’re unable to refund the original delivery costs.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, we are more than happy to refund the product itself if it's in a resalable condition.

Please note, we’re unable to accept unwanted returns for the following items:

-  Gift Vouchers
-  Pressed metal leaf
-  Cut to order paper sheets
-  Clearance items
-  Special Order items
-  Bespoke (made to order)  frames, canvas, and panels

Returns for these products may be sent back to you.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order contains faulty or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will help you.

Amending or Cancelling an Order

We’re unable to add items to orders after they’ve been placed. However, if you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address, or you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Team before dispatch, and they will assist you.
