Adigraf Oil Block Printing Medium can be mixed with oil paints to create a traditional oil-based ink that can be used for block printmaking techniques.
Ideal for block and lino relief printing, adding Adigraf Oil Block Printing Medium to oil paints creates inks of the correct consistency for printing on paper, card, canvas, wood, and more. This medium will not alter the colour of oil paint and can be used with opaque as well as transparent oil colours.
For solid colours mix 3 parts Adigraf medium with 2 parts oil paint. For a more transparent colour, increase the proportion of medium. Allow prints to dry for 3-5 days before overprinting.
