At Artools tradition meets innovation in a range of products for printmakers who like to push the boundaries of tried and tested methods. New products like protecting varnish, varnish for aquatint, gel medium and soluble lift ink allow for exploration of new techniques and have the advantage of preparing plates in less time.
Artools liquid hard ground for etching. When applied with a flat soft brush it gives a smooth, even coverage and after smoking becomes a satin black ground that allows for fine detailed drawing without cracking or foul biting.
