Interesting new product. More tooth than Mi Teintes but substantially less than Fisher 400. More akin to Colourfix. Nice. (Posted on 16/03/2017)

Excellent sanded paper - particularly good if you want a wet underpainting. Good white. Good price. (Posted on 14/10/2016)

Excellent paper, particularly if you want a wet underpainting. The tooth is just right, good white, good price. (Posted on 14/10/2016)

Warning for charcoal users : if you use the white paper and use blending then be prepared for the blending to turn the black charcoal to a brownish hue. If you use putty rubbers as a drawing tool then you will find that it will not erase line very successfully compare to the other papers I use - ghost lines will be evident as will 'rubbed out' unwanted images.

I use both Fabriano Roma paper and Canson Mi Teintes normal. The Touch paper is far better at holding the charcoal than the normal Mi Teintes but you loose the soft blending potential and there is a price to pay if clean lines are required.

See my web site for examples of my charcoal drawings

My recommendation is that the paper is worth a try as a tester to see if it suits your particular style but it is expensive and should perform better. (Posted on 15/05/2016)
