This 25/3 Linen Waxed Thread is ideal for conservation uses and is made using only the highest quality flax.
The thread has a high tensile strength and doesn't stretch. It is used in bookbinding for the re-sewing of books in place of silk threads. It can be used for various other tasks, such as mounting and repairs.
The length on the spool is 155 yards/142 metres. Price is per reel.
