Holds a lot of water and the point is great. (Posted on 07/08/2023)Rating - Review by Limner
This is the perfect brush if you have been trying to loosen up your painting. It's a springy hybrid between a quill and a rigger and allows you to put down an amazing variety of expressive marks from broad to needle thin. I've just bought a second one to ensure I have a spare as I would hate to be without one. (Posted on 25/07/2023)Rating - Review by Nadine
Beautiful brushes, have a very fine point but hold a lot of water so they do fantastic washes as well as quite fine detail, scrollwork and calligraphy. I bought both sizes and am so impressed that I've ordered another two to keep as spares. (Posted on 15/12/2022)Rating - Review by Safiya
This is one of my favourite brushes - absolutely love it. Bought it in Dec 2020 and use it for watercolour washes - larger shadows and skies. I find it gives beautiful even washes. Highly recommend! (Posted on 22/06/2022)Rating - Review by Safiya
I've been using this brush since Dec 2020 - still in top condition. I've used it mostly for watercolour paintings of buildings and landscapes and found it a very good brush. (Posted on 22/06/2022)Rating - Review by Elina
Got sizes 2 and 4 and I loved them at first but they both quickly lost their pointy tip. (Posted on 03/06/2022)Rating - Review by Valentina
I love painting with this brush. It is really soft, with a very fine point which helps so much in detailed work and the diameter/length ratio works really well allowing a good control of the brush. It holds a good amount of water and pigment that is released uniformly through the stroke. (Posted on 12/01/2021)Rating - Review by Hanna
I needed this size for my set, good brush (Posted on 11/11/2020)Rating - Review by Hanna
Happy with this soft brush (Posted on 11/11/2020)Rating - Review by Mark
This is an amazing brush. Great point and water control. Absolutely recommended. (Posted on 11/08/2020)Rating - Review by Sarah
I had been using Escoda for a while (preferably the ultimo range). Decided to give Da Vinci a chance too! I've been using this Cassaneo for about 6 months now.Rating
It has become my favourite brush, it holds plenty of pigment and water, all be it slightly less than an Ultimo.
This brush however makes it more possible to go in the paint another time with another colour, as well as lifting up pigment again, perhaps because it is slightly sturdier. The fact that this is a flat brush pushes me more to explore different brush strokes! I leveled up my painting game with this brush. (Posted on 17/04/2020)- Review by Stephanie
Perfect for fine lines and details. Also very springy and holds its shape quite well. (Posted on 28/02/2020)Rating - Review by Stephanie

Perfect brush for what I need it for. (Posted on 16/02/2020)Rating - Review by Feefo
I like the brush. It’s softer than normal synthetic (Posted on 28/10/2019)Rating - Review by Feefo
Lovely little brush, fits nicely in my hand (Posted on 30/09/2019)Rating - Review by Helena
I have never tried real squirrel hair, but have a few high quality kolinsky sable brushes. I was suprised to find that the Casaneo brushes feel and act as real SABLE. I also own and use (and love) Jackson's synthetic Raven mops, but they are softer compared to the Casaneo brushes. Casaneo feels just right (compared to sable)! I also think this set is good value for the money, and all three brushes are very usable. I highly recommend! (Posted on 04/07/2019)Rating - Review by Andrew
I love this brush. Not as expensive as some of the brushes I own, but easily as good. I'm moving away from natural hair due to cruelty issues so I was looking for a synthetic brush that was as close to natural as I could find at a decent price. This has exceeded my expectations and I will be trying out others in the range. (Posted on 03/06/2019)Rating - Review by Feefo
Not sure yet, still trying it out but not fully convinced. (Posted on 18/04/2019)Rating - Review by Feefo
simply, fast and perfect ! (Posted on 21/02/2019)Rating - Review by Varsha
This is the best brush I own. Holds point well. Just love it! (Posted on 14/12/2018)Rating - Review by Fj
Such a wonderful brush! It holds its shape, holds enough paint. It's just overall a nice brush to use and no shedding. I'll probably get a size 16 or 20 of this brush soon :) (Posted on 01/07/2017)Rating
