To celebrate their 425 year anniversary, Hahnemuhle launched their commemorative 425gsm Anniversary blocks. Each block contains 15 sheets of natural white high-quality acid-free watercolour paper.
The paper is acid-free, lightfast and resistant to ageing. It is suitable for all wet painting techniques such as watercolour, gouache, tempera and acrylic.
Available in 24 x 32cm and 30 x 40cm.

I've been trying different watercolour papers since last March (almost a year ago) and this is my favourite so far. I love the texture and I love how much "abuse" the paper can take and still dry flat. My only "complaint" is that I can't seem to find this version in a bigger size, either in block form or loose sheets. (Posted on 31/01/2021)Rating - Review by Agric
Good paper, slightly on the rough side of NOT. Best brush wetted before washing IMO. Takes paint nicely, buckles a bit more than expected for its weight with heavy use of water but not a problem. Heavy paper that resists warping but even low tack masking tape rips it to shreds. Ruined a couple of projects. Might be best to clip or pin paper to a board if you don't keep it on the block (Posted on 09/07/2019)Rating - Review by Feefo
