Holbein Meltz Colored Pencil Blender is a water-based blending thinner that can be used to blend, blur, soften, and mix Holbein Artists’ Coloured Pencils. It can be applied with a brush, sponge, or cotton bud. Blending is best achieved when the pencil has been applied in a cross-hatched or layered pattern.
