These colours are carefully considered to provide a full palette and are made to high standards, ensuring they are luminous, vibrant, and full of character.
These intense colours can be squeezed from the tube and used as they are, or mixed with mediums to alter consistency and sheen. Jackson's Artist Oils do not contain metallic stearates, industrial fillers or anti-skinning agents.

This is a good firm, slightly stiff paint, but quickly made workable. I have been used to Winsor and Newton's BU, and this is a slightly different colour- it seems more natural and earthy when the two are side by side.Rating
It really goes on nicely is a joy to work with. It tints as you would expect from BU but is clearly a quality paint. I was surprised considering the price, I think this is definitely my new Burnt Umber. (Posted on 06/03/2020)- Review by Feefo
