Its nice, lightweight and affordable. (Posted on 19/06/2020)Rating - Review by Ahmad
A very good palette, it has enough mixing place, the wells come in an angle which is great for me because i like to let the paint set on the high end so when i wet it i can have enough water on the well to get light color.Rating
I washed it with toothpaste first so the paint won't bead and it worked very well. (Posted on 05/06/2020)- Review by Feefo
This product was recommended by a friend and I find it such a practical palette when I'm travelling and painting out of doors. (Posted on 14/08/2019)Rating - Review by Feefo
This palette was just what I needed. (Posted on 25/02/2019)Rating - Review by Regina
The palette is big and sturdy, yet sometimes difficult to open. The plastic has a yellowish tint. A bit too yellow for my taste. I keep this palette for dried gouache, and it works amazing. I think it's a shame it doesn't have 6 mixing wells. I am satisfied with this product. (Posted on 02/06/2018)Rating - Review by Feefo
I like this. I have always used porcelain palettes and previous plastic ones have dried too quickly or have affected the liquidity of the paint, but this one generally performs well. (Posted on 16/03/2017)Rating - Review by Feefo
To get it open is a nail breaker. Once opened it's just what I wanted. (Posted on 16/03/2017)Rating - Review by Natalia
This palette is simple and cheap. Plastic has a yellowish tint. (Posted on 13/05/2016)Rating - Review by Chris Open
Choosing a palette is not easy and most people go through several before they find one they're happy with. I've tried the Holbein metal, ceramic, large Pike plastic, and small plastic. I've settled on the small plastic as it suits my style of painting (like Charles Reid). This one is cheap but effective. I used epoxy glue to stick 8 empty half pans into the 4 wells on the short side, and 4 empty large wells next to the thumb hole. This gives 24 slots for paint in the ""bottom"" half, more than enough (though I rarely use more than about 18, it's nice to have the options). I don't use the slots in the top half because the paint drips into the bottom half when it's closed. There are 5 areas for mixing paint. When not using the palette I keep it inside a large food bag to stop the paints from drying out. (Posted on 20/08/2015)Rating - Review by Feefo
