Lenox is a 100% cotton paper that is dimensionally stable and has a good absorbency. It is able to withstand bold impressions as well as delicate details. It is off white in colour and has a supple feel equivalent to high-quality mould-made European papers.

The subtly textured paper is acid-free, pH neutral and designed to be used with graphite, pencil, pastel and charcoal.

Lenox was the first domestic 100% cotton paper in America to be designed for fine art applications. The founder of Legion, Len Levine, manufactured this paper to in order have a machine made grade paper which had unique attributes and the potential to be used as a substrate for a variety of media.
