DALSTON SHOP

Jackson's Art Dalston is located on a cobbled backstreet between Dalston and Stoke Newington, a creative gem in North East London. Whether you're seeking guidance, have a technical question, or just want to shop, our friendly and knowledgeable staff look forward to welcoming you.

Please note, we don't stock the full Jackson's product range in our Dalston shop, so please call the shop to confirm product availability before your arrival.

Should you wish, we provide a Shop Collection service, so you can order your materials online from our warehouse before collecting them in the shop. Use or add a local postcode in the Checkout and select the Shop Collection option.

Our Dalston shop is split over two floors, and the upper floor isn't accessible by wheelchair. However, our staff are more than happy to bring products downstairs for you to shop from.

We offer a wide range of carefully selected art materials and specialist supplies, including popular ranges from leading brands such as Golden, Liquitex, Winsor & Newton, Michael Harding, Daniel Smith, and Schmincke.

You'll also find canvas and linen, alongside pads and papers for a range of techniques, including watercolour and printmaking from expert papermakers such as Fabriano and Arches. Our selection also includes brushes, pens and pencils, pastels, inks, and specialist printmaking materials, as well as gilding supplies such as gold size and gilder's tips.

If you're looking for something specific, please call the shop before your visit to check availability.

We also provide a metal leaf pressing service at Dalston. This is free of charge with metal leaf purchases. Our press can adjust how firmly the transfer leaf is attached to its backing paper, to suit a variety of specific gilding techniques. Please note, metal leaf cannot be returned once it has been pressed.
