Pebeo Ceramic Paints are designed to create decorative effects on terracotta, ceramics, and pottery. They are well-suited to earthenware surfaces and support a range of decorative techniques.
For best colour brightness on porous surfaces, a filler undercoat is recommended before painting. The paints can be applied using a brush, sponge, screen, or by immersion, and care should be taken on rounded forms to avoid overloading and runs. Thicker applications can be combined with materials such as sand or engraved once applied. Decorated objects are intended for decorative use only. Brushes should be cleaned thoroughly with white spirit or odourless mineral spirit, then rinsed with soapy water.
