Top-of-the-range Kolinsky Sable brush from Raphaël of France. Made to very high specifications, this professional brush has a fine point and full body. Seamless nickel-plated brass ferrule and its distinctive orange tip. A brush to treasure.
The hair, which has a golden-red fawn appearance, has incomparable vigour, springiness and elasticity. Thanks to its flag, it is the perfect bristle for precision work and fine details. It is the ideal extra-fine hair for all artists' brushes, but historically its price has been higher than gold.
