Raphaël Stradivarius Imitation Kolinsky Brushes offer all the qualities of natural Kolinsky sable hair. This has been achieved using specially made synthetic fibres exclusive to Raphaël. These exceptional brushes are particularly suited for watercolour, gouache, and ink.
Stradivarius brushes have an elegant black design and long-lasting, high-performance synthetic fibres. The fibres are slightly wavy, which provides excellent colour-holding capacity. Each size has a specific blend of fibres with different thicknesses to ensure an adequate spring and the best shape memory. Like its natural counterpart, the fibre is highly flexible and versatile, and suited to most fluid painting mediums.
