Sarah Margaret Gibson is a North American painter and Michael Harding ambassador. She is known for her striking portraits, bird studies, and still lifes. Her work is characterised by a rich tenebrism, exploring the poetic tension between light and shadow.
Sarah trained at the Angel Academy and the Florence Academy of Art. She now lives in Scotland, where she co-founded the Ayrshire Atelier of Fine Art (formerly the Glasgow Academy of Fine Art), where she serves as Creative Director.
